Director and operations manager Matthew Martino oversees in-house developments from concept to completion bringing with him 20 years of experience in the construction industry. In his 15 year tenure at one of Sydney’s premier builders FDC, he was personally involved in delivering award winning projects such as the 120 room The William Inglis Hotel ($120m), 175 high end apartments on campus living facility for Macquarie University ($140m), NEXTDC S2 Data Centre ($400m), the first of its kind mass timber innovation hub for Oakhill College ($40m), as well as many other successful projects. His expertise in design, construction, and the implementation of WHS, environmental, and quality controls ensures Benotti Builders’ projects are delivered to the highest standard evident in the record breaking a’Maré Cronulla residences and 24 luxury residences at 1-3 Wood Lane Cronulla.
